What follows are some of the images made with my ST7 attached to
the LX200 10" with F6.3 Focal reducer on the evening of February 7-8,
1998. I achieved a very good polar alignment and most of the images
were 60 second exposures. They were processed with CCDOPS flat fielded,
dark subtracted, and contrast enhanced. Click on name to see image.
The setup I now have is a 233 Pentium II on which I run The Sky to control my
telescope. A Toshiba 133 Pentium to control my ST7 camera. Cables run out
the window right now to the telescope in the backyard. Soon I will have
a pier in the yard with buried conduit for the cabling.
Here are some of the objects I have shot in the last few days. Click on the underlined name to see the picture.
